Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify that the property is accurately represented in the photos, which show the layout without open-plan common areas. While a microwave is not listed among the amenities, we understand that this may have impacted your convenience, and we appreciate the suggestion.
We regret to hear that the coffee and espresso machines were not as expected, and we will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure this does not occur in the future.
