Quiet apartment in the countryside, almost in a secluded location

A cosy, bright, spacious, renovated, and—above all—quiet 135 m² holiday rental for up to 7 people. Situated in the middle of nature, with almost no neighbors outside the house and very little car traffic. Hiking trails start right from the house, and a lake is within walking distance. Werbellinsee is a 10-minute drive away, and there’s also a regional train (RE) station for those who want to experience Berlin’s culture but still head back out in the evening. A friendly community of three households lives in the building, but guests will often have the house to themselves. All in all, it’s a peaceful place to unwind, take long walks, and go on excursions to the Schorfheide, the Odertal National Park, the Grumsin World Natural Heritage Site, or for swimming at Lake Werbellin. The apartment is not wheelchair-accessible and is located on the 2nd floor; we have completely renovated it in recent years. It features 3 bedrooms (1 of which is separate, located outside the apartment on the same floor), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room (with a sleeper sofa if needed). Three double beds accommodate 5–6 people; additional guests are welcome upon request or can sleep on the couch in the living room. One bathroom with a shower, one bathroom with a bathtub, 2 toilets, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and electric stove; use of the garden with a grill is available upon request. The living room features a TV, a small stove, and a ping-pong table (which can be dismantled upon request); the house is connected to fiber-optic internet, and the apartment has Wi-Fi. Of course, we clean everything thoroughly before your arrival; however, this is a country house where spiders, flies, and beetles may occasionally appear.
