The newly renovated 3-room apartment ST102 is located on the ground floor and boasts an excellent location—just a few steps from the expansive sandy beach. Here you can relax, go for a swim, take a walk, or simply enjoy the fresh North Sea air.

The apartment was modernised in early 2025, and the bathroom in particular underwent a comprehensive renovation. You’ll find an elegant shower room with a walk-in shower—bright, functional, and equipped with high-quality fixtures.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, making it ideal for couples, small families, or holidays with friends. The spacious living and dining area features a comfortable sofa set, a dining table that seats up to four people, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing evenings or working from home.

The separate kitchen has everything you could want: It’s fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils, so you can remain independent and flexible even while on holiday.

A special highlight is the spacious east-facing balcony—enjoy your breakfast here in the morning sun or wind down after a day at the beach.

The Strandnixe apartment building is located just about 100 metres from the popular sandy beach in Döse – ideal for beachgoers, families, and active holidaymakers. This well-maintained 4-story building offers comfortably furnished holiday apartments, all of which are easily accessible by lift.

Each apartment features spacious layouts, modern furnishings, and a large balcony. High-quality beds and a well-thought-out layout ensure restful nights and relaxing holiday days.

A washing machine and dryer are available for general use in the building (for a fee). You can store your bicycles safely in the bicycle storage room. Numbered parking spaces for our guests are located directly in front of the building.

The surrounding area offers many recreational activities for all ages: The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House, the spa park with its free animal enclosure and large adventure playground, and the heated seawater outdoor pool are all within walking distance.
