Welcome to Haus Feuerbach! Your charming vacation apartment on the ground floor offers a beautiful view of Lake Tegernsee. Located in a traditional Bavarian country house, the lovingly renovated apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a spacious living kitchen. Guests can also enjoy a sunny terrace with stunning views of the lake and the foothills of the Alps, making it an ideal base for relaxing days in nature.
The apartment combines modern furnishings with historic furniture for a warm, inviting atmosphere. It is perfect for couples, friends, or families seeking privacy, as the entire ground floor is reserved for your stay. The property is a short walk to the lake, and numerous trails are accessible directly from the house for biking or hiking adventures.
The owners live in Munich but visit regularly, mainly on weekends, to care for the grounds. They are respectful of your privacy but may greet you at the lakeside or around a campfire. Updates to the house include renovations over the past two years, though minor exterior work may still be ongoing. Guests retain full access to the large terrace and garden.
Note: Between the house and the lake, there is a federal road that—while not visible—could be audible with open windows. Hallo, ich bin Valerie! Gemeinsam mit meinem Bruder Paul habe ich in den letzten Jahren unserem Großelternhaus neues Leben eingehaucht. Das war ein sehr intensiver Prozess, denn nebenbei arbeite ich in der Forschung, freiberuflich als Innenarchitektin und habe eine Tochter. Am Ende hat sich alles gefügt und ich bin mega stolz, dass wir das Haus renoviert haben und es jetzt Wohlfühlort für Gäste aus aller Welt ist!

Das Haus Feuerbach liegt umgeben von Wäldern und Bauernwiesen im Herzen des Tegernseer Tals. Unser weitläufiger Garten mit Lagerfeuerstelle lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein, während der Seezugang in unmittelbarer Nähe für alle Wasserratten ein wahres Paradies ist.
