The pool was not heated upon our arrival. Granted it was off season but the listing did state that it would be. The home is beautiful and well cared for. The concierge service that manages it was fantastic! They are able to heat the pool upon request though it sounded as though there maybe a fee for doing so. It takes several days to heat it so please plan ahead.

Liebe Gäste, Wir bedauern dieses Mißverständnis. Der Pool wird, wie alle großen Pools an der Côte d‘ Azur, von Mai bis Oktober regulär beheizt. Die Tages- und Nachttemperaturen außerhalb dieses Zeitraums machen eine Beheizung ökologisch und auch wirtschaftlich schwierig und daher aus unserer Sicht kaum vertretbar. Gerne prüfen wir bei Buchungen am Rande der regulär beheizten Zeiten, ob eine Beheizung des Pools gegen Aufpreis möglich ist. Ihre Buchung war Ende März, so dass diese Option - auch mit Vorlaufzeit - nicht möglich war. Um zukünftige Mißverständnisse zu vermeiden, haben wir den Text unserer Beschreibung angepasst. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir bemühen uns, unseren Service zu verbessern
