Cozy first floor vacation apartment with terrace close to the beach

Welcome to the Mainz vacation rental on the first floor, which offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in approximately 70 m². It’s just a 5-minute walk from the beach and is ideally located for visiting Dörper Weg with its various restaurants, a bakery, the Ocean Wave swimming pool, the seal breeding station, an indoor play center, and a mini-golf course. You can easily reach these attractions on foot.

The apartment features two cozy bedrooms. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a 3-door closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a 2-door closet. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge.

The spacious living/dining room invites you to relax with a TV, DVD player, and a radio/CD player. From the living room, you have direct access to the patio, which offers a beautiful view of the well-maintained garden—the ideal place to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The kitchen is well-equipped: It features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, a kettle, and a washing machine, so you can feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and offers plenty of space for your comfort.

The entire apartment is equipped with exterior blinds, which provide additional comfort and privacy. Internet access is available (Wi-Fi), and 2 parking spaces are at your disposal. Dogs are welcome.
