The "Alizé with Ocean View" holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a stylish residential complex completed in 2018, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach in idyllic Börgerende. Quietly situated yet very close to the tourist centers of Warnemünde, Rostock, and Kühlungsborn, you’ll enjoy a wonderful holiday from the very first moment in a modern and tastefully furnished apartment. Here you’ll find a spacious and comfortably furnished living-dining area with a cosy seating area, a high-quality and fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, including a high chair. For our younger guests, we’ve provided toys, board games, and puzzles, along with numerous books and DVDs for all ages to keep everyone in good spirits even when the weather isn’t ideal.

From the dining area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony and let your gaze wander over the Conventer See nature reserve to the Baltic Sea, about one hundred metres away. Your apartment features two full-sized, comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with blackout blinds, LCD TVs, and a closet with a safe. Parents will find a high-quality box-spring bed here, while the children’s room offers two separate beds with award-winning spring mattresses. A cot with a comfortable mattress is also provided for the little ones.

The modern, spacious bathroom with natural light features a barrier-free shower.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find various restaurants, an ice cream parlour, playgrounds, bike rentals, shopping, a mini-golf course, and a horseback riding facility. Via the Europa Cycle Route right outside your door, you can quickly reach the mysterious Ghost Forest, the cliffs of idyllic Nienhagen, and the historic Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm.

By car, you can reach a wide variety of tourist attractions in Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Warnemünde, and Rostock in just a few minutes.

There’s a beach chair rental service and several bike rental shops right on site. You can experience the hustle and bustle on day trips to Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. The spa town of Bad Doberan is just 6 km away; the Hanseatic city of Rostock is only 20 km away and is highly recommended for a trip.
