Cyclists and hikers are very welcome here. Guests who are simply looking for relaxation and a break from everyday life have also come to the right place. The holiday rental is located on the outskirts of Borken in the Gemen area. Guests greatly appreciate the quiet yet central location. In one direction, you can quickly reach city centre Borken, where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and sports and cultural activities. The other direction leads straight into the open countryside through fields, meadows, and forests.

There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink. 1 kitchen with seating, 1 summer garden with a rattan furniture set—a great place to relax even when the weather isn’t ideal. 1 carport, 1 bike shed. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Bed linens and towels for the bathroom and kitchen are provided. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. You can enjoy the sun in the adjacent garden. For shade, you can extend two awnings over the summer garden. A table, chairs, and lounge chairs are available for the garden area. You can park your car for free in the on-site carport. Upon request, you can charge your electric car there using climate-friendly solar power for 49 cents/kWh. Bicycles are stored in the bike shed. E-bike batteries can be charged there for free.
Experience has shown that families with children use the kitchen quite frequently. If you’d like to eat out, we recommend the restaurant at the Alte Bahnhof in Gemen Dorf and Estia, which serves Greek-Mediterranean cuisine in Gemenwirthe. Both of these restaurants are a short distance from the holiday rental.
There’s also a supermarket with a bakery nearby for quick shopping.
If you have something to celebrate, Borken’s dining scene is well-suited for the occasion. Unfortunately, parties and celebrations are not permitted in the holiday rental.
