Beautiful, historical apartment house "Historische Stadtresidenz", 3 storeys, built in 1785, renovated in 2024. 6 apartments in the property. In the centre of Mirow 11 km from the centre of Rechlin, 21 km from the centre of Röbel, 44 km from the centre of Waren (Müritz), in a central position, 300 m from the lake, 1.2 km from the beach. For shared use: property, garden with lawn for sunbathing. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: lounge, sauna (extra). Fitness room, relaxation room, central heating system. Parking at 150 m. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery, café 100 m, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Mirow" 700 m, grass beach 1.2 km. Minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: Indoor Spielewelt Granzow 2 km, Historische Altstadt Mirow 500 m, Schloss Mirow 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Müritz See 21 km, Leppiner See 11 km, Schwarzer See 8 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The lovingly restored house consists of two adjacent half-timbered buildings with a shared lounge (winter garden). A sauna can be booked on-site for private use.
