The location is central, so the town centre, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just under 200 m away. The building contains a total of 10 apartments, most of which are used as holiday rentals. The car park is located behind the house.

Feeling at home on holiday—that was our goal when designing the Sonnenglück holiday apartment, since we used it as our own holiday home before moving to the Berchtesgadener Land region ourselves in 2019.
