This modern villa with a private swimming pool provides a pleasant setting for a stay and holiday in Dalmatia.The villa features three spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms, all air-conditioned, as well as three modern bathrooms, each located within one of the bedrooms. The villa is intended for up to 7 guests, but it is possible to accommodate 8 guests if one is a young child. Guests also have access to a Nespresso coffee machine, ideal for preparing a morning coffee while enjoying the sea view.The villa offers a spectacular sea view, and its proximity to Trogir, a UNESCO-protected town, makes it an excellent choice for those who wish to explore the rich cultural heritage of Dalmatia while enjoying complete privacy.Trogir is also a great starting point for excursions to nearby islands such as Brač, Šolta, or Čiovo, as well as for exploring natural attractions like Krka National Park. Amazing property with amazing views. We came from a property in Zaton to hear two completely different properties but both really nice and a great host. It is on a steep hill so my mother and father in law struggled a lot with this so beware if you find it difficult walking. But the view from the property certainly made up for it.
