The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and blends harmoniously into the living area. A ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and hand mixer provide everything you need for relaxed meals.

The balcony is the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning or to watch the sunset in the evening. In addition, a shared garden is available for use. A dock and a bike shed make the location particularly attractive for active guests as well.
