Welcome to the Alpenstille Apartment in idyllic Flattnitz—your retreat for a relaxing vacation in the mountains! This cozy 50-square-meter apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and combines Alpine charm with modern comforts. The peaceful location and the impressive natural surroundings invite you to relax and unwind.
Enjoy your time off in the crisp mountain air, surrounded by pristine forests and lush meadows., Whether you’re hiking, skiing, or simply unwinding—here you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful stay. Dogs are welcome here (€5 per day), so your four-legged friends can enjoy nature too.
Flattnitz, an idyllic health resort and a certified hiking village by the Alpine Club, offers the perfect setting for relaxation and nature experiences—whether in summer or winter.
Summer:
Discover the certified Kneipp hiking trail (10 km) and numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area. Enjoy breathtaking views from the nostalgic Hirnkopf lift and let your mind wander.
Winter:
Flattnitz offers a children’s slope with a children’s lift, ideal for first attempts at skiing. In addition, a 10-km cross-country ski trail provides a variety of athletic activities. An on-site ski school ensures that all winter sports enthusiasts are well taken care of.

Living Room
The cozy living room in the Alpenstille apartment invites you to relax. The bright and cozy living room features modern furnishings and offers a comfortable dining area that’s ideal for sharing meals together. A pull-out sofa seats two people and easily converts into a comfortable bed. A flat-screen TV provides relaxing entertainment, so you can unwind wonderfully after an eventful day.
Bedroom
The bedroom exudes rustic charm and features two cozy single beds. Wood paneling and traditional furniture create a welcoming, alpine atmosphere. The warm colors and soft textiles provide a relaxing environment where you’ll feel right at home. A window lets in plenty of natural light and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unwind and recharge after an eventful day.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen features an elegant, white design and functional amenities. High-quality appliances and generous counter space provide everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. It features a convenient fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove with an oven, and a coffee maker for the perfect start to your day. The functional and modern layout allows you to comfortably prepare and enjoy your meals.
Bathroom and Toilet
The modern, bright bathroom has been freshly renovated and is equipped with high-quality fixtures. It features a spacious bathtub, a stylish sink, and a convenient towel warmer. A window provides plenty of natural light and pleasant ventilation. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with its own window, also new and designed with an attractive aesthetic.



On-site fees: Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. If you cancel within the 2-week period, a flat fee of 100 € will be charged. The total cost of the reservation must be paid in full via bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival. Final cleaning: 65 €; small dogs: 5 € per day. Smoking is not permitted. No events or parties.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 11:00.
