The vacation apartment "Auszeit" is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of "Alt-Arnsberg". In the immediate vicinity are hiking trails, cycle paths e.g. Ruhrtalradweg. 3 dams and the Hochsauerland with many sightseeing possibilities can be reached within 20-30 minutes by car. For shopping, a grocery store and bakery can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes.
The 70sqm non-smoking apartment has 3 rooms kitchen, bathroom and toilet. A large south-facing terrace (in summer with charcoal or electric grill, fire bowl). Parking space for the car according to availability, public parking in front of the house available.
