In the district of centre thermal, 1 km from the centre of d'Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.7 km from the skiing area, located by a road, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Communal covered parking. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.1 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 1 km, café 200 m, bicycle rental 1.1 km, bus stop "Centre thermal Berney" 150 m, railway station "Riddes" 11 km, thermal baths "Les Bains d'Ovronnaz" 150 m. Chair lift 1.7 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski rental 1.3 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1.3 km, cross country ski track 1.7 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony 42 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (2 cars), height 210 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.
