Outdoor seat area with granite stone table for single use. Balcony. Car driveway until ca. 300 ms. Public parking place ca. 300 ms. Footpath to the house. River with bath possibility ca. 400 ms. bus, store ca. 400 ms. Bed, kitchen and bath linen available. Pets until 15 kg permitted.
2- room stone house for 2 persons on 2 floors
Typical country furniture. Ground floor: Living/dining room with sofa, meal table, cable TV, wireless internet. Kitchen, open to living room with modern cook combination, e-ceramics stove, dishwasher. 1st floor: 1 open room with double bed. Exit on balcony. Bathroom with tub/toilet. Das Rustico liegt im alten Dorfkern in schöner Lage zwischen den anderen Rusticos. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Im Dorf selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, jedoch ist das 4 km entfernte Dorf Maggia mit Migros, Coop und Denner schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich per Handy Informationen ( Code etc.) zukommen lassen und sich sehr darum bemüht, unsere Anliegen zu lösen.
