large furnished balcony facing south, W-LAN & use and XL parking space in the underground garage included (underground garage entrance height: 2.10 m).
All living rooms and bedrooms have satellite internet TV.
Top-equipped kitchen with cooking island, induction stove with 4 hotplates, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven/microwave combination, kettle and toaster.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a box-spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm, 58 cm high and a closet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, towel radiator, mirror cabinet and hairdryer.
The city of Cuxhaven charges an accommodation tax of 2.75 % on the total price.
