This modern holiday rental is on the ground floor, directly below the Kinzigblick dream holiday rental, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The interior was designed with great attention to detail and traditional craftsmanship using reclaimed wood, stylishly evoking the character of a chalet. The interplay of natural wood and modern furnishings gives the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Three cosy bedrooms are available for relaxation and comfort. Two rooms are furnished with high-quality solid-wood double beds, while the third features a lovingly crafted bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. The kitchen, with direct access to the balcony, is located to the right of the entrance. Here you can enjoy the sun and look out onto the tranquil Kinzig River, whose gentle murmur ensures relaxation even at night.

On the left side of the Kinzig-Chalet holiday apartment lies the spacious living and dining room. Comfortable seating and a large dining table offer ample space for up to eight people. The inviting dining area creates the ideal atmosphere for shared meals, convivial evenings, and relaxed get-togethers with family or friends. The bathroom, featuring a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest bathroom, offer modern comforts.

You’ll find everything you need for daily life right here: two bakeries, a butcher, and a small supermarket. For larger shopping trips, the neighbouring towns of Alpirsbach (upstream) and Schiltach (downstream) are good options; both are about five minutes away by car or one stop by train.

Directly across from the Kinzig Chalet is a modern municipal playground—a place for children to let off steam and for adults to relax. Enjoy the Black Forest air on a park bench or take a short stroll around the playground.
