The furnished studio apartment Marie offers step-free access and is located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, just 500 m from the lakeshore. Perfect for an unforgettable stay, it's ideal for couples or solo travelers. The cozy 30 m² apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed for 1 person and a French bed, plus a well-equipped kitchenette with filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Enjoy your own private terrace—perfect for relaxing evenings at sunset. Wi-Fi and TV are provided. Pets are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are included. Free parking is available.
Pure relaxation and nature. The ecologically built detached house is located in a quiet field and forest edge location and offers a starting point for wonderful cycling and hiking trails to castles, monasteries and beer gardens on the beautiful Bodanrück. The lido, the promenade, shopping facilities and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The house is shielded from radio and W-LAN radiation. The respective terraces offer wonderful sunsets and views of pretty rose bushes, so relaxation is guaranteed.
The charming vacation apartments each have a living room or bedroom, daylight bathroom, kitchenette, a double bed and a pull-out sofa and are approx. 30 m² in size and are therefore ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people. They are equipped with stone floors from the Jurassic period and beautiful natural wood furniture as well as organic natural latex mattresses, which let you sink into a relaxed sleep and therefore round off the living comfort. The apartments are pleasantly cool in summer. The two apartments can also be rented as a single unit (separated only by a small hallway) if you are traveling with a larger family. The apartment "Marie" is suitable for 2 persons, but also offers a sofa bed with a width of 1.40 m for an additional person.
