Welcome to our modern 3-room holiday apartment! It features one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. The open-concept living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a cosy living room, invites you to relax and unwind. A spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest bathroom, ensure your comfort. On the large balcony, you can relax and enjoy meals outdoors. The Accommodation

Living Area with Open Kitchen:
The living and dining area stands out with its bright and modern design. The open kitchen is fully equipped, blends harmoniously into the space, and invites you to cook together and linger. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a welcoming living atmosphere.
The dining area opens directly onto the balcony, which offers additional space to relax. There is also convenient access from the kitchen to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is a bright, inviting space that impresses with its well-thought-out and modern fixtures. The spacious, barrier-free shower is equipped with a rain showerhead, ensuring a luxurious showering experience.
An elegant corner bathtub invites you to relax.

Bedroom 1:
The bedroom is a cosy and stylishly furnished room with a large double bed.
A spacious closet offers plenty of room for clothes and personal items.
The skylights create a bright atmosphere during the day, while at night the view of the starry sky has a calming effect.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom is a cosy and functional room, ideal for two people. It features two single beds.
The room is a harmonious blend of comfort and practicality—perfect for relaxing and feeling at ease.

Another highlight of the apartment is the additional room with a walk-in closet, which offers ample storage space for clothes, shoes, and accessories while keeping the room tidy and stylish.
Thanks to the spacious layout, there’s enough room to set up a travel cot if needed—ideal for an extra guest or a small child

Guest access:
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and is accessible via the shared building entrance. The apartment has a separately lockable front door and is fully accessible, with the exception of the utility room.
If the key or the locking system is lost, you will be charged up to €250.00.

Additional important information:
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. To avoid unnecessary wait times, however, we ask that you let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Please note: We have a dog living in our home. Therefore, the accommodation is only suitable for people with allergies to a limited extent.

Towels and bed linens are not changed during your stay and can be washed in the on-site washing machine/dryer if needed.
