Die Wohnung ist im Sommer sicher super, da es 3 Terrassen gibt, aber im Herbst/Winter/Frühjahr ist sie viel zu dunkel. Auch stört ein wenig, dass die Privatsphäre auf jeder Terrasse durch Nachbarn (oben oder nebenan) gestört werden kann.
Die Ausstattung mit Rolf Benz Möbeln ist sehr hochwertig. Die Matratzen waren leider nicht so gut und waren durchgelegen, das hat uns etwas irritiert. Die Dichtung der Trennwand im Wohnzimmer war defekt und hing runter, das war nicht so schön aber auch nicht schlimm. Die Dusche im großen Bad ist etwas unglücklich ohne Abtrennung, da das Bad beim Duschen unter Wasser gesetzt wird und man dann ausrutschen kann. Ein Besen/Kehrblech hat gefehlt, aber es gibt einen guten Staubsauger. Die Lampe im Treppenhaus war kaputt, diese müsste ausgetauscht werden, beim Aufschließen der Tür ist es zu dunkel. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn der Schlüssel zur zweiten Eingangsbereich der Wohnung vorhanden wäre.
Das sind aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die schnell behoben werden können.
Insgesamt kann man sich bei schlechtem Wetter dort sehr wohlfühlen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lädt mit der vorgelagerten Sitzecke zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Die Sauna ist zwar klein, aber schnell warm und ausreichend. Die Beleuchtung ist gut gewählt und über Dimmer steuerbar, so dass man ein sehr warmes Licht haben konnte.
