Rückerstattung und Beschwerde!!!!!!!

Wir hatten rechtzeitig gebucht und erhielten auch eine Reservierungsbestätigung. Haben dann vor Ort mehrmals versucht, den Vermieter zu erreichen und dann beim 5. Versuch (Klingeln/Klopfen/Anrufen) erfahren, dass angeblich keine Weitermeldung seitens Fe-Wo erfolgt sein und die Ferienwohnung bereits verbucht sei. Wir standen somit ohne Unterkunft da, die wir allerdings bereits per PayPal bezahlt hatten. Wir haben den Vermieter um sofortige Rückerstattung gebeten; diese ist bisher allerdings nicht erfolgt. Wir durften uns dann anderweitig eine Unterkunft suchen, damit wir nicht wieder zurück fahren mussten. So etwas ist untragbar!!! Wir bitten um sofortige Regelung der Rückerstattung, der von uns am 15.4. 25 bezahlten 254, 32 auf unser PayPal-Konto. Sonst werden wir PayPal einschalten. Mit freundlichen GrüssenPodszuck
