Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet bis zu Spülertabs und allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht.Leider waren die Betten schon recht durchgelegen. Das Resort hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Der Winterdienst auf dem Gelände ließ zeitweise zu wünschen übrig.

Zimmer sauber, Lage super, Preis prima. Auch kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer gefunden. Kinder werden dank der vielen Attraktionen eine große Freude dort haben. Im Hallenbad war ein etwas eigenartiger Geruch, aber es war sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, es wäre schön wenn man dort eine bessere Einweisung bekommen würde wo sich welche Zimmernummern befinden und wo welche Häuser sind. Leider sind wir 45 min rum geirrt bis wir unser Zimmer gefunden haben. Ansonsten alles super. Haben den Safe zwecks den Schlüssel nicht wie angegeben an der Zimmer Türe gehabt. Habe telefonisch sofort jemanden erreich und Hilfe bekommen. Wir werden vermutlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein :) Die Info dass sich der Chip für das Schwimmbad im Zimmer befindet, wäre auch super gewesen, davon wussten wir leider nichts, bis uns andere Gäste dies vorm Schwimmbad mitteilten.
