Hungary Vacation in a 4-star vacation home in 6500 Baja South Hungary on the Danube

Our air-conditioned 4-star holiday home, measuring 150 m², features a large three-bed bedroom with a double bed, an extra bed, and a travel cot measuring 70 cm by 140 cm.
There are also two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds (double beds).
Each bedroom has its own TV and German satellite TV.
The price includes all utilities—water, electricity, and final cleaning—as well as bed linens. In addition to the rental price, a local tourist tax is payable on site; it currently amounts to €1.30 per person per day for guests aged 15 and older.
The security deposit for our 4-star holiday home is €200.
Our 4-star holiday home is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a beautiful, large covered terrace that offers a pleasant stay with a view of the beautiful Danube even in bad weather; on hot days, the ceiling fan always provides a pleasant cool breeze. The terrace has a large table and seats 10 people.
Upstairs, there is a beautiful, spacious balcony with an unforgettable view of the beautiful blue Danube; when the water level is low, you can see people swimming and sunbathing on the sandy beach in front of the holiday home. Our 4-star holiday home has a large kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and an electric bread slicer.
The dining room has a large table for 10 people and a large flat-screen TV.
The living room on the 1st floor has a large sofa set, a large flat-screen TV with German satellite TV, (two children could also sleep here).
The house has two bathrooms; of course, a hair dryer is provided in each bathroom.
The laundry room is located in the basement, where a washing machine is available for our guests, as well as a third bathroom.
Our 4-star holiday home has direct access from the property to the Danube’s sandy beach, where you can enjoy swimming when the water is low.
The Danube is also a wonderful spot for fishing; if needed, we can provide a fishing boat with a 5 PS outboard motor (no licence required) for an additional fee.
The garden features a barbecue pavilion for our guests and plenty of space for lounging.
The holiday home is on a fully enclosed property, making it well-suited for dog owners; we charge a one-time fee of €35 for dogs.
All parking spaces and the house are under video surveillance; our guests can therefore keep an eye on their cars and the house at all times via the monitor in the living room.
In our 4-star holiday home, free bicycles are available for our guests to borrow.
The nearest supermarket (TESCO) is about 450 m away; there are also other supermarkets within a 600 m radius of the holiday home, such as Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Spar, Rossmann, Deichmann, KiK, and dm_Drogeriemarkt.
Just 50 metres from the 4-star holiday home is the top-rated restaurant Potykacsárda, which offers a German menu; here you can enjoy affordable and delicious lunch and dinner 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The minimum rental period for our 4-star holiday home is 3 days for 2 people. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is required by 10:00 a.m. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation; the remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least eight days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
