Wonderful House in beautiful surroundings !

Very warm welcome from the owners. The house was a described, very well equipped with a wonderful garden with lots of places to sit and relax. All was perfect. We would love to come back. Thanks again... a bientot!

Mooi en heerlijk huis

Our hosts greeted us with all regards, Jean-Marc and Danielle made sure we felt at home right away! The house is beautifully decorataed and was spotles clean. The garden is big and has many spots to sit, chill and relax.The area is beautifull, many nice litlle villages that you can visit and superb if you are in to biking!

This house is much nicer than the pictures imply. It's really an excellent, first class home. The interior is very new and clean and well laid out. The house feels spacious yet cozy at the same time. Everything is new and modern. The hosts are very nice and efficient. They communicate well. We were greeted with a nice bottle of Provence rosé wine.Be prepared to bring all of your own supplies if you stay more than a day or two. Upon request, the hosts were willing to provide towels and sheets, but otherwise there were virtually no amenities.The yard is spacious. While it isn't fenced, there are lots of natural barriers (hedges, trees) to keep a well-behaved pet within the property's boundaries. The yard is very plain and not well landscaped, but its a great size and was a fun place for our dog to run and play.

Spacious house in a good location but…..

This is a spacious house set in a nice quiet suburb of Gordes with good walking and cycling facilities nearby. We found the kitchen very difficult to use in practice as there is very little work surface or food preparation area other than a small low table. It is really difficult to prepare a proper meal. The garden is also not properly enclosed and dogs can easily escape on to the road at the front, as ours did and which means they cannot be left unleashed. This wasn’t clear to us on the booking details.

I take note of your remarks but i would like to add a few comments. I have ben renting my house for 20 years ans l have many vacationers with a dog every year. It’s very difficult to be able to fence a large plot of one hectare, this is why vacationers think before booking to ask if the plot is fully fenced, request that I did not get from you. Regarding the kitchen, you could see the pictures on the website wich correspond exactly to reality. Moreover I remind you that as far as you are concerned, you did not respect the rules, you left without notifying us a few days before the planned departure by putting the keys in the mailbox, we were unable to do the inventory together and to check the cleanness of the house !!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Luberon. Das Haus sowie der grosse Gartenbeteich haben für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wenn man das Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist die Unterkunft ein herrlicher Start- und Ruhepunkt für Ausflüge in die Provence. Es gibt in der Nähe viele schöne kleine Orte, denen man einen Besuch abstatten sollte. Vielen Dank an Danielle und Jean-Marc für die nette Begrüßung und die Unterstützung bei der Lösung von kleinen Problemchen.

Das Grundstück ist eigentlich ein brach liegendes Gelände, kein liebevoll gepflegter Garten wie es in der Provence oft zu sehen und zu bewundern ist. Schade.Es passt zu diesem Eindruck dass das Essbesteck aus Leichtmetall besteht, wie es in Campingausrüstungen üblich ist. Ärgerlich ist allerdings, dass die Schlafzimmertüren aus Einfachholz sich nicht wirksam schließen lassen. Sie gehen beim leisesten Lufthauch von selbst auf und schließen erst, wenn man sie mit dem Schlüssel abschließt. Das ist lästig und für das Zusammenleben nicht unbedingt förderlich.Die Matratzen waren gut.Draußen lässt es sich im Schatten des Sonnenschirmes nur sitzen, wenn kein Wind geht, da der Sonnenschirm dafür nicht stabil genug ist und leicht umstürzt.Alles in allem könnte dies Anwesen ein angenehmer Ort sein, wenn er von den Vermietern mehr liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit bekäme.

Ideale Lage

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zu allen pittoresken Orten und interessanten Städten in der Umgebung. Der Garten ist riesig und man hat den ganzen Tag Vogelgezwitscher von Nachtigallen und Pirolen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Was man allerdings wissen sollte: Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen oder vorher mit den Vermietern vereinbaren, dass man etwas bekommt. Das Haus ist innen sehr kühl, was wunderbar ist, wenn es draußen heiß ist. Wenn man wie wir im Frühling reist, kann es im Haus sehr kalt sein. Ansonsten ist das Haus sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Wir fanden ein sehr gepflegtes Haus auf einem großen schönen Grundstück vor. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr gut.

Ein schöner Urlaub, aber…

Wir haben es sehr genossen- dennoch gibt es einige kleinere Kritikpunkte, die für künftige Gäste eventuell wichtig wären: - das Grundstück ist vorne und hinten nicht sicher eingezäunt, was für uns zum Glück nicht so problematisch war, für andere Hundebesitzer eventuell schon! - es gab keine Bettdecken in den üblichen Größen, sondern nur in seltsamen Übergrößen - für 6 Personen ist das Kochen nicht gut möglich und auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind da eher dürftig- maximal 4 Personen - ggf wäre ein Fliegenschutz an den Fenstern sinnvoll Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, danke

Schönes geräumiges sauberes Haus in guter Lage

Alles in allem eine runde Sache. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Ideal zum Ausspannen. Es ist großzügig gestaltet mit großem Wohnbereich und modern eingerichtet. Auch bei großer Hitze war es angenehm kühl im Haus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben Tipps.

Séjour familial d'une semaine en août 2019

Le descriptif du bien sur le site Abritel est conforme à la réalité (sauf pour le kilométrage par rapport à Gordes, compter plutôt 4km que 2.5) : une maison de pierre gardant la fraicheur, des équipements intérieurs tout à fait satisfaisants, un accueil efficace, une grande propriété offrant espace et calme, quiétude et tranquillité, une localisation appréciable à proximité de sites intéressants à découvrir dans les environs sans faire trop de kilomètres. Bref, tous ces éléments ont contribué à rendre ce séjour agréable.

Loved it. Very friendly greeting from Mme Barle. Very nice property with everything that was needed. Large area of open ground for boules, badminton etc. Close to Gordes with lots of restaurants. Would recommend L'Estellan for lunch or dinner (on road to Coustelet)

Excellent séjour dans une très belle location

Excellent séjour dans le Lubéron qui est une région magnifique. La location est très agréable, très bien aménagée avec des équipements de qualité et renouvelés régulièrement. Pas de désagréable surprise : la location est entièrement conforme aux photos présentées sur le site. L'accueil de Mme Barle est très sympathique et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la bouteille de rosé bien frais offert à notre arrivée.

Satisfaisant

La description du logement est conforme à ce qui est annoncée, le cadre est bucolique parfait pour un séjour en amoureux comme en famille. La location est bien entretenue avec une très bonne hygiène, les alentours proposent des activités diversifiées (balades à cheval, visite de ville médiévale, randonnées, restaurants). Dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour.
