Es freut uns, dass Sie die Einrichtung und Lage des Hauses so positiv beurteilen. Wir investieren auch kontinuierlich in die gute Erhaltung von Haus und Garten.
Die Sache mit der Toilette tut uns leid und so etwas hören wir tatsächlich zum ersten Mal. Am Regen wird es nicht gelegen haben. Sie funktioniert sonst einwandfrei. Wenn es allerdings Auffälligkeiten (mit was auch immer) gibt, ist es ratsam, sich sofort an die Rezeption in der Lobby zu wenden. Diese informiert den technischen Dienst, der schnell für Abhilfe sorgt. Das ist besser, als sich zu ärgern. Um so enttäuschter und überraschter sind wir, dass Sie uns nur 6 von 10 Punkten gegeben haben. Die anderen Rückmeldungen bei Google und traum-ferienwohnungen.de sind weitaus angemessener.
