My stay here was perfect in so many ways. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, he even helped me find a place to store my luggage while I was walking around the old town! The area is absolutely ideal, you are in the middle of the most wonderful cobblestone streets and alleys, close to two of the city’s most remarkable old churches, the Münsterbrucke, and many other attractions. The room itself was immaculately clean, inviting, all of the appliances worked, and the aesthetic was charmingly spare and uplifting. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you plan on traveling to Zürich!!

The elevator was broken and the host refused to provide any assistance with my bags despite the fact that I booked specifically because there was an elevator as I am recovering from back surgery

We are truly sorry that the elevator was unexpectedly out of service during your stay and understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly while recovering from back surgery. Unfortunately, the elevator is part of the building's common infrastructure and is maintained by the property management. As soon as we became aware of the issue, it was reported immediately. Regrettably, we have no control over the repair timeline. Regarding assistance with your luggage, we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request. As we manage more than 300 apartments across Zurich without on-site staff, we are unfortunately not able to provide porter or luggage assistance at short notice.
