Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal zwischen der Ostsee und dem Bodden. Beide Wasser sind in Kürze zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der morgendliche Weg zum Bäcker, ist auch nach wenigen Metern geschafft. Die Parkstr. ist somit eine sehr zu empfehlende Ausgangsposition. Die Wohnung 05 bietet einen großzügigen Raumkomfort. Die Küche beinhaltet alles, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Wohnlandschaft weist ein kleines Manko auf, da ein kleiner Schrank, oder wenigstens eine Kommode fehlt, in der Kleidungsstücke verstaut werden können. Was noch sehr sparsam ausfällt ist der Spiegel im Bad. Es ist der einzige Spiegel im Wohnprojekt. Er hat ein sehr kleines Format und ist für größere Menschen noch dazu sehr niedrig angebracht. Beide Positionen tragen zur Abwertung der Ausstattung bei. Wohlfühlen kann man sich aber trotzdem im Wohnprojekt.
