Molino Navarenas is an old water mill located within the canyon of the river that bears the same name, fully rehabilitated as a rural house in 2019, retaining the stone structure and adding wood and wrought iron.

It consists of two floors and a loft, with living room and toilet; spacious room with bathroom, shower and jacuzzi; and loft with views and board games. It has a French fireplace, pellet stove, salamander stove in the room, river views from both the living room and from the upper rooms. Jacuzzi for two, game room with billiards, darts, books and multiple board games. Queen size bed, high quality projector 150 inch screen; fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.

Located on the outskirts of San Martín del Pimpollar, a village surrounded by mountains and rivers, this rural house stands out for having a small lagoon where you can bathe at the door of the mill and, to the delight of lovers of the sound of water between the stones, the river flows at the foot of the mill throughout the year. It also has all the comforts of being close to the town center, but independent and surrounded by nature.
