Die Fotos sind irreführend und entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Das Einzige, was stimmt, ist die super Lage - man ist wirklich in 2 min am Strand.Hier sind unsere Kritikpunkte:1. Es gibt keine Beleuchtung vom Parkplatz und auch keine (funktionierende) Beleuchtung am Haus. Das ist besonders im Winter echt gefährlich.2. Die FeWo ist bereits sehr abgewohnt: dreckige Fußbodenleisten, unbefestigte Lampenkabel, fehlende Lampenschirme, abgeplatzte Tür- und Schrankkanten vermitteln kein behagliches Gefühl für die Gäste. Der Kleiderschrank im Kinderzimmer ist so instabil, das er bei jedem Schubser bedrohlich wackelt.Hundenapf und elektrische Insektenfänger, offen präsentiert im Wohnzimmerregal, verstärken die Behaglichkeit eher nicht.3. Die FeWo ist voller Tierhaare. Wenn Tiere im Objekt erwünscht sind, sollte die Reinigung um so gründlicher ausfallen.Wir finden, dass hier Preis und Leistung nicht zusammenpassen.
