The 62m² apartment, renovated in 2021, has the following to offer
fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle including a dining area.
In the living room there is a satellite TV, music system and a leather couch.
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space for your clothes.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, WC, bathtub and a washing machine.
The 42m² terrace is fully furnished and partly covered.
Bed linen and towels are provided as well as free W-LAN and a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.
All windows are fitted with shutters.
The city center with numerous shopping facilities, the weekly market and restaurants, as well as several bakeries and cafés, can be reached in approx. 20 minutes on foot. The nearest bus stop is 130m away on foot. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
