Built in 2022, this thatched-roof cottage offers not only tasteful and high-quality furnishings but also an incomparably great location in the heart of the cosy Dorf area. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to both the historic town centre and the dike leading to the South Beach—so your holiday begins the moment you arrive!

The living area of approximately 179 m² spans two levels and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, Mylin tiled stove, and access to the terraces; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and TV; one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each); a shower room, an utility room
The garden is fully fenced; during the season, patio furniture and a beach chair are available.

Upper floor: two bedrooms with double beds (each 180 x 200 cm), TV, and an en suite shower room in each, a sauna
All bedrooms have blackout curtains and insect screens.

There is a lockable storage area for bicycles with a power outlet.
Two carport parking spaces are available for your use.

The property is completely fenced in; you are welcome to bring your dog.
Two orthopedic dog beds are available for your four-legged companion; please bring your own blanket to use as a pad.

Electric vehicle charging station – A wallbox is available for your use.
