Awesome!

Pierre is a great host and super helpful. Apartment is very close to ski runs (pretty much ski in ski out) and very close to Avoriaz Centre - restaurants, ski hire, supermarket, swimming pool. My family was 2 adults and 4 kids 8 - 15 and the apartment was comfortable for a week skiing!

Appartement trÚs agréable

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©, au coeur de la station mais dans un coin calme. Il est trĂšs fonctionnel, bien Ă©quipĂ©, l'espace est bien rentabilisĂ© et les 2 toilettes et sdb sont apprĂ©ciables. Attention, ce n'est pas l'esf Ă  50m de l'appartement mais le village des enfants (pas les mĂȘmes cours). Cependant l'esf est trĂšs facilement accessible par tĂ©lĂ©ski. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas exposĂ© au soleil la journĂ©e, mais trĂšs lumineux. Mention spĂ©ciale Ă  Pierre, la personne de l'agence qui gĂšre l'appartement, communication parfaite ! Nous reviendrons !

Accommodation was smaller than we expected

Once we had got used to the size we found it a great location and comfortable to live in. It would help if we knew how to access all the facilities in the property. Eg we couldn’t find cutlery and had to call to find out where it was. Also more plates and normal size drinking cups would be great.

Ferienwohnung in Morzine-Avoriaz

Am 31.08.2018 Ankunft in Avoriaz. Touristik Information , Checkin (Autofreies Feriendorf) GepĂ€ck verladen und Transport zum Wohnhaus und Appartement. Im Winter beherbergt Avoriaz ca. 13000 FeriengĂ€ste, im Sommer ca. 3000. Es gibt dort 3 SupermĂ€rkte, Apotheke, viele Bars und Restaurants, Schwimmbad, Spa usw. Ab dem 01.09.2018 ist in Avoriaz Saisonende. Bis auf einen Supermarkt und eine Bar/Restaurant ist alles geschlossen. Es gibt auch keine Touristik Information mehr. Was wir aber bei der Buchung nicht wussten und uns auch nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Avoriaz war leer. Nur noch ganz wenige Menschen (ca. 100) in einem Feriendorf wo sonst bis zu 13000 Urlauber sind. Jetzt außerhalb der Saison wurde ĂŒberall repariert, gebaut und gebaggert!

Logement accessible et hÎte trÚs arrangeante! Les rangements sont suffisants et participent à une optimisation de l'espace : nous ne nous sommes pas marché dessus alors que nous étions 4 dans 23m2. Cependant, je pense qu'il faudrait réparer le radiateur cÎté cuisine.

Small and practical

The apartment is basic but cosy. All you need in a small space. Be aware that it states linen included but we got stung with a€10 per day charge, we had to request the hairdryer as that was not there either, despite being listed as included. Bedding and linen are not luxuary as described but fine. Adjust expectations to be basic and you will be thrilled with the place. We enjoyed it very much and it's in a fabuslous location.

L'appartement est trÚs bien décoré et équipé, trÚs chaleureux ! Avec les pistes de ski au pieds de l'immeuble, des commerces à quelques pas. Une excellente semaine de ski dans une trÚs belle station. Vite l'hiver prochain !!

WAOUHHH SUPER GENIAL

Je reviens d' avoriaz et de cet appart choisi au hasard sur internet. Il est superbe, entiÚrement refait, ma famille et mes enfants avons apprecié: - les nombreux placards, - la tv ecran plat et DVD !! - le casier à ski dans l'appart pour des chaussures toujours chaudes - la chambre séparée pour les enfants - l'emplacement au pied des pistes, des cours de ski et des magasins!!! et surtout le compagnon indispensable des vraies vacances: le lave vaisselle!!! Seul regret des vacances trop courtes. snif!!!! Nous reviendrons cet été car il y aura le petit center parcs l' aquariaz qui sera ouvert

Waouhhhhhhhhhhh superbe appart

Du superbes vacances dans cet appart tres accueillant. Il la une belle deco, il est refait à neuf. Nous avons aimé son emplacement en plein centre de la station et des commerces qui permet d'etre pret du village des enfants pour les cours, et de partir en ski de l'appart!!!!Qu'elle semaine!!! On a aime le lave vaisselle et le casier à ski dans l'appart pour avoir des chaussures chaudes... A l'année prochaine c'est sur ou avant avec l' Aquariaz (piscine chauffée et végétation tropicale) qui ouvre en juillet!
