This exclusive semi-detached home is located in a very quiet part of the picturesque fishing village of Wieck. The idyllic harbour is just a few steps away; from here, you can, for example, take a boat trip on the Bodden. The bike and hiking trail to Ahrenshoop and Prerow is also “right at your doorstep.” The holiday home offers an ideal starting point for extended bike tours through the Darß Forest, to the wild West Beach, and to the surrounding Bodden villages.

About the semi-detached house
On the ground floor, you enter through the enclosed entryway with a coat closet directly into the open and light-filled living area. Here, a cosy seating area by the modern fireplace awaits you. A spacious dining area and the high-quality built-in kitchen with a cooking island and counter are perfectly coordinated and blend harmoniously together. Here, you can enjoy convivial moments with your family. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and bidet. The attic provides an additional level with an open sleeping loft and two single beds.

A wellness oasis has been created in the house’s addition, spanning two levels and offering a welcome change of pace, especially on cooler days. It features a sauna with a shower as well as a relaxation area with loungers on the gallery. The wellness area is shared with the neighbouring half of the house.

Outside, you’ll find a small, well-maintained garden with a beautiful wooden deck and high-quality seating and sun loungers. The holiday home includes two parking spaces.
