Welcome to ‘Dahuam’ – your home away from home! Here, modern, rustic comfort meets charming vintage style to create a welcoming atmosphere of well-being. Our Dahuam, a modern building with floor-to-ceiling windows and light-filled rooms, can accommodate up to 8 people. The open-plan living area with fireplace invites you to enjoy cosy evenings, while the spacious terraces and lovingly designed garden with sun loungers are ideal for relaxing outdoors. In summer, you can end the day at the barbecue area with its large dining table. A special highlight is the impressive view of the Acherkogel.
Numerous leisure activities await in the immediate vicinity: ski resorts, hiking trails, Lake Piburg, Area 47, the Aqua Dome and much more. Haus Dahuam is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to explore the Ötztal valley and spend unforgettable days surrounded by nature. Make yourselves at home – your home away from home!

Outdoor area: two parking spaces with electric charging station, additional vehicles can be parked free of charge on the adjacent property (undeveloped land belonging to the house).

Ground floor – living area and garden:
Large, open-plan living area with TV, wood-burning stove, open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining area, one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm wide), workspace and private terrace, WC.
Outdoor area: Covered terrace with large outdoor dining area and garden with barbecue area and sun loungers.

Upper floor - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and WC, private terrace; bedroom 2 with double bed, TV and balcony; bedroom 3 with double bed and single bed, TV and balcony;
Bathroom with bath, shower and WC

Local tax:
Prices exclude local tax.
Local tax payable in cash on arrival: EUR 5.00/person/night (children under 15 free).

Pets are welcome!
On request and for a fee: EUR 20.00/pet/night

There is a small flat in the basement that is rented out privately. The flat is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance and garden.
