It’s just five tram stops to the city center. -> 50 sqm renovated historic apartment -> Central location, 10 minutes to the city center -> 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom with bathtub -> Smart TV, WiFi -> Washing machine, dishwasher ☆ "Spacious, modern, impeccably clean apartment with excellent amenities!" Our spacious 67 sqm historic apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed. The living room invites you to relax on a cozy couch, which can also be converted into an additional double bed if needed. WiFi and a Smart TV are perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen is equipped with a four-zone stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, and, of course, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Naturally, there is also plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils available. The bathroom has a large bathtub, and there is also a washing machine that guests are welcome to use. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via the stairwell. Entry to the apartment is provided through a key safe. Of course, you have the entire apartment at your disposal. We won't be on-site ourselves, but we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are therefore reachable as needed, almost throughout the entire day. We aim for you to have a 5-star experience in the apartment. You will receive all further information from us automatically via the AirBnB chat and by e-mail.
