Die niedrigere Beurteilung der Sauberkeit bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den Balkon. Hier war offensichtlich nach dem letzten Saisonende nicht mehr geputzt worden; davon zeugte ein Kadaver eines kleinen Vogels (lag sicher schon länger dort) und das seit der letzten Saison nicht mehr geputzte Balkongeländer. Ansonsten entsprach das Appartement allerdings voll den Erwartungen; Lage, Einrichtung, Unterhalt usw.
