We've had an absolutely amazing stay at this spacious, modern apartment. Great garden, lots of space in the apartment appartment itself, all appliances and furniture seem brand new. Also, great service in case of questions during the stay. Overall, highly recommended!

Hochwertig eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung, in der wir schöne Tage hatten. Aufgrund der Souterrainlage der unteren Etage sind das Wohnzimmer (Fenster mit Lichtschacht nach Süd-Westen) sowie das Badezimmer etwas dunkel. Die Wohnung bleibt auch im Sommer kühl. Sehr schön ist der Aufenthalt im Freien auf der Sitzfläche mit Büschen, Rasenfläche und einem großen Nussbaum. Wissenswert ist, dass sich direkt daneben die Garagen befinden und es auch der Durchgangsbereich für die anderen Bewohner ist. Auch die Mülltonnen des Hauses stehen im Sichtbereich. Bei unserem Besuch war in der Wohnung selbst noch kein WLAN-Router installiert, Internetempfang nur auf wenigen Quadratmetern im Treppenaufgang verfügbar – was sich laut Verwaltung aber ändern soll. Das Hoyerbergschlösschen mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Bodensee und die Alpen liegt direkt nebenan und ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
