Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend und Aussicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Promenade, Restaurant gut erreichbar. Der Weg zur Wohnung und vorallem zur Tiefgarage war nicht gut beschildert. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ausreichend, besonders im Bad (Toilette), Küche vor und in den Schränken war es sehr verschmutzt ( Spülenschrank, Spülbecken, Mülleimer) . Es wäre zu empfehlen Putzmittel getrennt von Pfanne , TÖPFE und Staubsauger sowie von Farbeimer aufzubewahren.
