Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

A beautiful 2-room holiday rental awaits you in the Bay of Lübeck—in a great location and well-equipped! The cosy living room features a sofa corner, a dining table, a wall unit with a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.

The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a large wardrobe, as well as bedside tables with lights. There is a place to store your clothes. The nearly new bathroom features a shower/toilet, a heated towel rack, and a sink. A sunny balcony with lounge chairs is located off the living room—perfect for breakfast! You can also use the Wi-Fi here free of charge.

A parking space in a lockable garage directly adjacent to the house (clearance height: 1.95 m, clearance width: 2.05 m) is also included with this beautiful apartment, as well as a publicly accessible, lockable bike storage room and a shared washing machine and dryer.

Von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand, an der Promenade, in der Stadt oder auf den Radwege, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die kleine Auszeit hat uns gut getan. Gern immer wieder. Die Schlüsselübergabe im Schließfach mit zugesandtem Code hat reibungslos geklappt.
