The attractive living/dining area, featuring a cosy sofa nook, a flat-screen TV, an integrated kitchen, and a dining area, is open-concept, bright, and bathed in natural light—perfect for social gatherings. The sofa converts into a bed (160x180 cm) and provides additional sleeping accommodation for 2 people. From the living area, there’s direct access to your own west-facing terrace—a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast! The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and a large closet with a mirrored door. In the spacious bathroom, you can relax under the floor-to-ceiling rain shower; the lighted mirror and heated towel rack provide additional comfort.

Your private outdoor parking space is located directly behind the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room. The building has an lift and barrier-free access.

A private washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the building’s laundry room. A water softening system ensures naturally soft water throughout the building.
