Very well-maintained 1.5-room holiday apartment for 2 people with a living area of approx. 33 m², a separate bedroom, and a balcony on the 1st floor of the Baltic building with a lake view.

The entryway leads to all other rooms. From here, you enter the living area, which is comfortably furnished with a spacious corner sofa (sleeping area approx. 125x280 cm), a flat-screen TV, and high-quality display cabinets. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm), a chest of drawers, a mirror, a wardrobe, and a second flat-screen TV. You can also step directly onto the sunny balcony from the bedroom and enjoy the salty sea air first thing in the morning after waking up. The classic bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with amenities such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The interior of the holiday rental is lovingly designed and harmoniously coordinated. From the living area, the bedroom, and the large, furnished south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view over the Grömitz dike to the sparkling Baltic Sea. This is what a holiday feels like!

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for any bicycles or e-bikes you bring with you. In the basement of the neighbouring building, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee. Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.

The Baltic complex is located directly behind the Grömitz dike and has its own beach access. The town centre, with its various shopping options, restaurants, and bakeries, is also just a short walk away.
