With approximately 100 m² of living space, your holiday home offers plenty of room for up to 5 people and awaits you surrounded by an idyllic garden. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the living area and kitchen are one floor up. A private garden area with a furnished terrace, as well as a spacious balcony on the upper floor—from which you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea—create a holiday atmosphere in the fresh air.

From the hallway on the ground floor, you’ll find the first of the three bedrooms on your right. A charming children’s room with a single bed (90x200 cm), two wardrobes in a nautical beach-hut style, and various children’s books and games welcome the little guests. One door down is the second bedroom, featuring another single bed (90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. Both of these rooms offer direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace. A few steps further down the hallway, you’ll reach the third bedroom: the comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) ensures restful nights, and the closet is perfect for storing your holiday wardrobe. All bedrooms can be comfortably darkened with exterior blinds. Start your day feeling refreshed with a shower in the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom. To avoid morning rush, there’s another modern shower room with a window in the basement. Individually controllable radiant floor heating ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house.

The open-concept gallery area on the upper floor features the open kitchen and living area—from here, you can access the south-facing balcony. Take a seat on the corner sofa or at the large dining table and enjoy the crackling fire and the cosy warmth of the fireplace.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A washing machine is available for your use in the house. The holiday home also features free Wi-Fi. A travel cot and a high chair are also provided.
