Spacious 3-room semi-detached house with 2 separate bedrooms, a south-facing terrace, and a shared garden in Kellenhusen, beautifully situated near the forest. With a living area of approximately 69 m², up to 4 adults and 1 child can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing stay here.

The “Glücksmomente” house, where the “Jelena” semi-detached home is located, offers its guests an extra dose of happiness for their holiday and is sure to leave nothing to be desired. In the bright living area on the ground floor, a comfortable sofa arrangement and a recliner with an ottoman invite you to daydream, relax, and watch TV. Right here, you also have access to the large, furnished south-facing terrace—it’s sure to become your favourite spot. Here, you can enjoy the sun on a lounge chair or play a round of badminton in the communal garden. In the evenings, a communal grill provides culinary variety. Back in the living area: Here, a stylish dining nook is at your disposal. How about hosting some fun game nights here? Amateur chefs are sure to enjoy spending time in the open, high-quality kitchen, trying out new recipes. Afterwards, a dishwasher takes care of the dishes. You’ll also find a modern guest bathroom with a window on the ground floor. The upper floor features a modern shower room with a skylight, a towel warmer, and a washing machine.
