The double fold-out bed (approx. 160x190 cm) transforms this room into a comfortable sleeping area for two people in no time at all. From here, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy many hours of sunshine. The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, and more. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 160x200 cm). The bathroom, bathed in natural light, offers amenities such as a bathtub, a lighted mirror, and a convenient heated towel rack.

An outdoor parking space with a storage area for bicycles is, of course, available. Access to the parking area is via Theodor-Storm-Weg. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a handcart in the house. Wi-Fi is included.
