This holiday rental does not have a designated parking space.
You have the option of obtaining a parking pass at the rental office that is valid for all parking spaces in Grömitz (deposit: €150.00). Please remember to return the pass upon departure.

Otherwise, you can park your car in a nearby public car park (for a fee), subject to availability.

This wonderful 3-room basement holiday apartment, located right next to the marina, offers approximately 49 m² of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday.

The open-concept living and kitchen area has everything you could want. Here, you can spend quality family time cooking, eating, playing, and laughing together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. With free Wi-Fi, you can stream your favourite music or share your first holiday photos with loved ones back home. Two separate bedrooms provide a peaceful place to rest at night. The first bedroom, which features a closet, offers a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). In the second bedroom, you can also sink into the pillows of a cosy double bed (140x200 cm). A bathroom with natural light, a floor-to-ceiling shower, and a heated towel rack rounds out the amenities of this holiday rental.

Please note that this accommodation does not include a parking space. We’d be happy to provide you with a parking permit for Grömitz upon arrival in exchange for a deposit. Otherwise, you can park your car at a nearby public car park (for a fee), subject to availability.

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to weather conditions.
