In the tastefully furnished living/dining and kitchen area, every detail has been thought of to ensure you have a pleasant holiday. You can get cosy on the comfortable couch in front of the TV. You can easily convert it into two additional sleeping spots (2x 80x200 cm) in no time. Right next to it, the rustic wooden table offers space for dining or playing games. If you ever can’t find anything to your liking on the menus of the surrounding restaurants, you can treat yourself to a home-cooked meal in the small, well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the covered, furnished corner balcony, which invites you to spend cosy evenings there. Right next door, in the separate bedroom, you’ll enjoy restful nights in the comfortable double bed (2x 80x200 cm). For your daily hygiene needs, there’s a bathroom with natural light and a shower (shower step height: approx. 35 cm).

An underground parking space (stacked parking, max. height 1.50 m) is reserved for you. A bicycle parking space is located in the underground garage. You can easily reach the 2nd floor by lift.
