Die Wohnung bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Leider ist der Fußboden im Flur- und Wohnzimmerbereich defekt und wurde mit Teppich bedeckt, leider so schlecht, dass die Teppichkanten hoch stehen und man darüber stolpert. Die Sauberkeit war mäßig gegeben.
