In the bright and spacious living area, you’ll feel right at home: make yourself comfortable on the couch—the TV with DVD player, a stereo system, and the available Wi-Fi connection provide plenty of entertainment here. At night, you can convert the couch into an additional sleeping area (approx. 140x200 cm) or fold out the fold-down bed (2x 80x190 cm) and make yourself comfortable there. On the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy your first morning coffee and breakfast, which can be prepared in the open, well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there’s another small bedroom with a sofa bed (approx. 160x190 cm) available as a quiet retreat. The modern bathroom with a shower and sink rounds out the amenities in this holiday rental.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be safely stored in the lockable communal bike room. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.

Guests at the Residenz am Hang complex have access (partially restricted/subject to availability) to a shared sauna with a relaxation room. The days and times of operation are posted on-site.
