Look forward to a charming, approximately 51 m² 3-room holiday home in a prime location in Grömitz, offering plenty of space for up to 4 people.

Step into the modern living room with an integrated dining area. Whether it’s a fun game night or a cosy film night—here you’ll have plenty of space to wind down your holiday days with your loved ones. From here, you can also step out onto the east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning. Down the hallway, you’ll find the separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine and numerous appliances to meet all your needs.
A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed by the separate bedrooms, each offering two spacious sleeping options: a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and two single beds (each 90x200 cm). The modern bathroom with a luxurious rain shower rounds out the apartment’s amenities.

An underground parking space (please note dimensions: 520x210 cm) is reserved for you. Behind the house, there is another parking space (subject to availability). A shared washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Please note: Due to space constraints, it is not possible to place a cot in the bedroom of this holiday rental. However, there is sufficient space for it in the second bedroom between the two single beds.
